    反相高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中7种苯甲酸酯类化合物

    Simultaneous Determination of 7 Benzoate Compounds in Cosmetics by RP-HPLC

    • 摘要: 采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中7种苯甲酸酯类化合物的含量。样品(约0.5 g)用8 mL甲醇超声提取30 min,冷却后,用甲醇定容至10 mL。移取部分溶液以5 000 r·min-1转速离心5 min,上层清液经有机相针式过滤头过滤。以ECOSIL 120-5-C30色谱柱为分离柱,以甲醇(6+4)溶液为流动相,在测定波长229 nm处进行测定。7种苯甲酸酯类化合物的质量浓度均在1.25~50.00 mg·L-1内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,方法的测定下限(10S/N)为4~8 mg·kg-1。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为88.8%~97.2%,回收量的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.2%~5.3%。

       

      Abstract: RP-HPLC was applied to the simultaneous determination of 7 benzoate compounds in cosmetics. The sample (about 0.5 g) was extracted ultrasonically for 30 min with 8 mL of methanol. After cooling,the solution was made up to 10 mL with methanol. Part of the above sample solution was centrifugated for 5 min at the speed of 5 000 r·min-1. The Supernatant was filtered with organic phase needle type filter head. ECOSIL 120-5-C30 chromatographic column was used as separation column, and methanol (6+4) solution was used as mobile phase. Detection at 229 nm was adopted in the determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 7 benzoate compounds were kept in the same range of 1.25-50.00 mg·L-1, with lower limits of determination (10S/N) of the method in the range of 4-8 mg·kg-1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 88.8%-97.2%, with RSDs (n=6) of recovery amounts in the range of 2.2%-5.3%.
