    顶空-气相色谱法测定食品接触材料中14种苯类化合物的迁移量及其迁移规律

    GC Determination of Migration of 14 Benzene Compounds in Food Contact Materials and Their Migration Rules with Head Space

    • 摘要: 移取食品模拟物5.0 mL,加入适量氯化钠和50 μL N,N-二甲基乙酰胺,采用顶空-气相色谱法测定其中14种苯类化合物的迁移量。选择顶空平衡温度为80℃,顶空平衡时间为30 min,采用DB-WAX色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。14种苯类化合物的质量分数均在0.005~0.500 mg·kg-1内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.78~1.08 μg·kg-1,测定下限(10S/N)为2.62~3.59 μg·kg-1。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为83.1%~113%,回收量的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.4%~9.9%。探讨了聚苯乙烯(PS)、丙烯腈-苯乙烯(AS)和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)等食品接触材料在不同模拟物、不同模拟时间和不同模拟温度下14种苯类化合物的迁移规律,结果表明:乙醇(模拟物)含量越高、模拟时间越长、模拟温度越高,苯类化合物越容易迁移到模拟物中。

       

      Abstract: 5.0 mL of food simulant was taken, and then appropriate amount of sodium chloride and 50 μL of DMA were added. GC was applied to the determination of migration of 14 benzene compounds in the solution with head space. The equilibrium temperature and time of head space were set at 80℃ and 30min. The analytes were separated on DB-WAX chromatographic column (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass fraction of the 14 benzene compounds were kept in the same range of 0.005-0.500 mg·kg-1, with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.78-1.08 μg·kg-1 and lower limits of determination (10S/N) in the range of 2.62-3.59 μg·kg-1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 83.1%-113%, with RSDs (n=6) of recovery amounts in the range of 2.4%-9.9%. Migration rules of the 14 benzene compounds in food contact materials of PS, AS and ABS under different simulants, different time and different temperature were investigated. It was found that benzene compounds migrated more easily to simulants with high content of ethanol (simulant), longer simulated time and higher simulated temperature.
