    顶空-气相色谱法快速测定化工固体废物中16种挥发性有机物

    Rapid Determination of 16 Volatile Organic Compounds in Chemical Solid Waste by GC with Headspace

    • 摘要: 采用顶空-气相色谱法快速测定化工固体废物中16种挥发性有机物的含量。顶空加热平衡温度为80℃,顶空加热平衡时间为30 min。用HP-FFAP色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。16种挥发性有机物的的质量浓度在一定范围内与其对应的峰高呈线性关系,方法的检出限为0.001~0.009 mg·L-1。方法用于化工固体废物样品的分析,加标回收率为82.5%~115%,测定总量的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.9%~9.1%。

       

      Abstract: GC with headspace was applied to the rapid determination of 16 volatile organic compounds in chemical solid waste. The heating equilibrium temperature and heating equilibrium time of headspace were set at 80℃ and 30 min. The analytes were separated on HP-FFAP chromatographic column (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak height and mass concentration of the 16 volatile organic compounds were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits of the method ranged from 0.001 to 0.009 mg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of chemical solid waste, giving values of recovery found by standard addition method and RSDs (n=6) of total amounts of determination in the ranges of 82.5%-115% and 1.9%-9.1% respectively.
