    高温裂解燃烧-紫外荧光法测定焦炉煤气中全硫含量

    Determination of Total Sulfur in Coke Oven Gas by Ultraviolet Fluorescence Method with Pyrolysis Combustion

    • 摘要: 采用铝箔取样袋采集焦炉煤气样品,气体置换5 min,在高温裂解温度为870℃,氧气流量为2.0 L·min-1的条件下,样品中硫燃烧全部转化为二氧化硫,采用紫外荧光检测器测定二氧化硫的强度,建立了紫外荧光法测定焦炉煤气中全硫含量的分析方法。硫的线性范围为50.0~500.0 mg·m-3,检出限(3s/k)为5.32 mg·m-3。方法用于焦炉煤气样品的分析,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)为0.69%~1.4%。方法用于标准气体合成样品的分析,测定值与理论值相符。

       

      Abstract: The sample of coke oven gas was collected with aluminum foil bag and gas displaced for 5 min. Under the pyrolysis temperature of 870℃ and oxygen flow rate of 2.0 L·min-1, sulfur in the sample was completely burned into sulfur dioxide, and the intensity of sulfur dioxide was determined by ultraviolet fluorescence detector. A determination method of total sulfur in coke oven gas by ultraviolet fluorescence method was established. Linearity range of sulfur was found between 50.0 mg·m-3 and 500.0 mg·m-3 with detection limit (3s/k) of 5.32 mg·m-3. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the samples of coke oven gas, giving values of RSDs (n=11) of determined values in the range of 0.69%-1.4%. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of synthetic samples of standard gas, giving results in consistency with the theoretical values.
