    不同有机溶剂介质对电感耦合等离子体质谱法射频源的匹配特性

    Matching Characteristics of RF Source of ICP-MS with Different Organic Solvent Media

    • 摘要: 以27.12 MHz的自激式全固态射频源为研究对象,选取不同含量的乙醇、二甲苯和煤油为有机介质,用配备该射频源的电感耦合等离子体质谱仪考察有机介质中Al、Ba、Ce、Cu、La、Pb、Tm、Y、Zn等金属元素的信号强度、短期稳定性等参数,研究有机介质下射频源的匹配特性。结果表明,方法能够实现乙醇、50%(体积分数)二甲苯溶液和20%(体积分数)煤油溶液作溶剂时的直接进样,表明该射频源在上述有机介质中匹配良好,可使等离子体稳定不淬灭。

       

      Abstract: The 27.12 MHz self-excited all-solid-state RF source was selected as the research object,and the matching characteristics of RF source in the different of organic solvent matrix (ethanol, xylene and kerosene) were investigated. The signal intensity and short-term stability of Al, Ba, Ce, Cu, La, Pb, Tm, Y and Zn in these matrix were determined by ICP-MS with this RF source. As shown by the results, the method could achieve direct injection of ethanol, 50% (φ) xylene solution and 20% (φ) kerosene solution as solvent, indicating that the RF source matched well in the above organic solvent media and can stabilize the plasma without quenching.
