    食品接触材料中酰胺类物质检测技术的研究进展

    Progress on Researches of Analytical Techniques for Amides in Food Contacting Materials

    • 摘要: 对食品接触材料中酰胺类化合物检测技术的研究进展作了综述。首先对酰胺类化合物对人体的危害以及世界上一些主要国家及地区对禁/限用此类物质的名称及限量的法规作了介绍,然后对此类物质的检测技术,特别是迁移测试条件的选择,以及主要的检测方法(包括气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱法和液相色谱-串联质谱法)作了较系统的叙述。最后,对此类物质检测的发展方向也提出了见解及展望(引用文献26篇)。

       

      Abstract: A review on progress of researches on inspection techniques of amides in food contacting materials was given. Harmful effects of amides to health of mankind were enumerated, and laws or regulations issued by some main countries or regions of the world relating to this subject were introduced and a list of more than 30 amides was given showing that these compounds are to be banned or restricted to use in food-relating materials together with their quantities of limitation. A thorough narration on the testing or analysis of the amides in food contacting materials, especially the optimum conditions for migration of amides from contacting material into food were discussed and chosen, and current analytical methods, including GC, HPLC, GC-MS and LC-MS/MS, were given. Forecast on the future progress of analytical techniques in this field, was also given (26 ref. cited).
