Abstract: A review on research progress on detection of residual amounts of aminoglycosides in animal-originated foods was presented in two aspects:sample pretreatment methods (including extraction and purification) and LC (such as pre-column and post-column derivatization-ultraviolet fluorescence detection, direct detection, MS detection and so on) (72 ref. cited).
