    液相萃取-电化学传感器法快速测定原油和燃料油中硫化氢

    Rapid Determination of Hydrogen Sulfide in Crude Oil and Fuel Oil by Electrochemical Sensor Method with Liquid Phase Extraction

    • 摘要: 在室温下能够自由流动的原油或燃料油样品,直接用注射器移取样品;在室温下不能自由流动的原油或燃料油样品,需将样品在密闭状态下放入水浴中加热至可以流动(温度不能超过40℃),或者剧烈搅拌后取样。采集的样品经Ⅱ类基础油稀释,用空气鼓泡萃取出样品中的硫化氢,空气流中的硫醇和硫醚被吸附剂吸附,采用电化学传感器法快速测定空气流中硫化氢的含量。硫化氢的线性范围在200.0 mg·kg-1以内,检出限(3s)为0.02 mg·kg-1。以空白原油样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为98.9%~100%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.30%~2.3%。

       

      Abstract: For crude oil or fuel oil samples that could flow freely at room temperature, the sample was taken directly by injector. For crude oil or fuel oil samples that couldn't flow freely at room temperature, the sample was taken after being heated to flow (temperature was no more than 40 ℃) in a water bath under airtight condition, or after being stirred violently. The taken sample was diluted with class Ⅱ base oil, and hydrogen sulfide in the sample was extracted by air bubble extraction. Mercaptan and thioether in the air flow were adsorbed by the adsorbent.Electrochemical sensor method was applied to the rapid determination of hydrogen sulfide in the air flow. Linearity range of hydrogen sulfide was found in the range within 200.0 mg·kg-1 with detection limit (3s) of 0.02 mg·kg-1. On the base of blank sample of crude oil, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 98.9%-100%, with RSDs (n=6) of determined values in the range of 0.30%-2.3%.
