    毛细管电泳法测定染料厂废水中10种苯胺类化合物

    Determination of 10 Aniline Compounds in Wastewater of Dyestuff Plant by Capillary Electrophoresis

    • 摘要: 采用毛细管电泳法测定染料厂废水中10种苯胺类化合物的含量,经10-乙基吖啶酮-2-磺酰氯(EASC)柱前衍生的10种苯胺化合物在12 min内可实现快速高效的基线分离。10种苯胺类化合物的浓度在一定范围内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.025~0.055 mmol·L-1。方法用于染料厂废水样品的分析,加标回收率为97.6%~102%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为1.4%~3.1%。

       

      Abstract: Capillary electrophoresis was applied to the determination of 10 aniline compounds in wastewater of dyestuff plant. The 10 aniline compounds which pre-column derivatived by EASC were separated in 12 min quickly. Linear relationships between values of peak area and concentration of the 10 aniline compounds were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3S/N) of the method ranged from 0.025 to 0.055 mmol·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of wastewater samples of dyestuff plant, giving values of recovery found by standard addition method and RSDs (n=5) of determined values in the ranges of 97.6%-102% and 1.4%-3.1% respectively.
