    快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱法测定土壤中石油烃(C10~C40)

    GC Determination of Petroleum Hydrocarbons (C10~C40) in Soil with Rapid Solvent Extraction

    • 摘要: 土壤样品颗粒以丙酮与正己烷以体积比1∶1组成的混合液进行萃取,萃取温度为100℃,萃取时间为8 min。萃取液经氮吹浓缩后,采用全自动固相萃取仪净化后浓缩至1.0 mL。采用气相色谱法测定浓缩液中石油烃(C10~C40)的含量,采用DB-5HT石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.10 μm)分离,火焰离子化检测器测定。石油烃(C10~C40)的线性范围在9 300 mg·L-1以内,检出限为2 mg·kg-1。以空白土壤样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为87.5%~96.0%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.2%~4.5%。

       

      Abstract: The soil sample particles was extracted with the mixture of acetone and n-hexane with volume ratio of 1∶1. Extraction temperature was 100 ℃, and extraction time was 8 min. After the extract was concentrated by nitrogen blowing, it was purified by automatic solid phase extraction instrument and then concentrated to 1.0 mL. GC was applied to the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons (C10~C40) in the concentrated solution. The analytes were separated on DB-5HT quartz capillary chromatographic column (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.10 μm) and detected by FID. Linearity range of petroleum hydrocarbons (C10~C40) was found within 9 300 mg·L-1 with detection limit of 2 mg·kg-1. On the base of blank soil sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 87.5%- 96.0%, with RSDs (n=6) of determined values in the range of 1.2%-4.5%.
