Abstract: Research process of the preparation techniques (i.e., glass fusing method, powder pressing method, powder pressing method, pressing-sintering method, natural mineral picking method, synthetic crystal preparing method and other preparation methods) of reference materials for in-situ micro-area analysis were reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed, their related application fields were introduced, especially in deep space exploration, and the application prospects of preparation techniques of ceramic in preparation of reference materials of micro-area analysis were made (53 references cited).
