    乙酸-乙酸铵热溶液浸取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铅精矿中可溶性铅的含量

    FAAS Determination of Soluble Lead in Lead Concentrate After Leaching with Acetic Acid-Ammonium Acetate Hot Solution

    • 摘要: 采用乙酸-乙酸铵热溶液于20~50 ℃对铅精矿样品浸取40 min,然后用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定浸出液中铅的含量。试验以二氯化锡消除Fe3+的干扰;采用基体匹配法消除浸取液介质的干扰。铅的质量浓度在10 mg·L-1内与其对应的吸光度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为0.36 mg·L-1。用标准加入法做方法的回收试验,测得回收率为94.4%~104%;方法用于铅精矿样品分析,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)为1.1%~4.1%。

       

      Abstract: The sample of lead concentrate was leached for 40 min in hot solution of acetic acid-ammonium acetate at 20-50℃, and then the content of lead in the leaching solution was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The interference of Fe3+ was eliminated with stannous chloride; and the interference of the leaching medium was eliminated by the matrix matching method. Linear relationship between the mass concentration of lead and its corresponding absorbance was kept within the range of 10 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3s) of 0.36 mg·L-1. Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were found in the range of 94.4%-104%. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of sample of lead concentrate, giving values of RSD (n=7) in the range of 1.1%-4.1%.
