    测定保健食品中氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素的2种高效液相色谱法对比

    Comparison of 2 HPLC Methods for Determination of Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate in Health Food

    • 摘要: 分别采用紫外检测器和C18色谱柱,蒸发光散射检测器和氨基色谱柱,建立了2种高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中氨基葡萄糖与硫酸软骨素的含量。配蒸发光散射检测器的高效液相色谱法测定氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素的分离度大于1.5,检出限分别为5.0,12.0 mg·L-1。配紫外检测器的高效液相色谱法保留时间约2 min,氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素的分离度小于1.5。与配紫外检测器的高效液相色谱法相比,采用配蒸发光散射检测器的高效液相色谱法具有更好的分离度和更强的抗干扰能力,适用于基质复杂的保健食品中氨基葡萄糖和硫酸软骨素的同时测定。

       

      Abstract: Two HPLC methods for determination of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate in health food were established by using UV detector as well as C18 chromatographic column, and evaporative light scattering detector as well as amino chromatographic column. The separation degree of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate determined by HPLC with evaporative light scattering detector was more than 1.5, and detection limits were 5.0, 12.0 mg·L-1, respectively. The retention time of HPLC with UV detector was about 2 minutes, and the separation degree of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate was less than 1.5. Compared with HPLC with UV detector, HPLC with evaporative light scattering detector had better separation degree and stronger anti-interference ability, which was suitable for simultaneous determination of glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate in health food with complex matrix.
