    高效液相色谱法测定牙膏中3种苯扎氯铵同系物

    HPLC Determination of 3 Homologues of Benzalkonium Chloride in Toothpaste

    • 摘要: 牙膏样品加入甲醇,采用涡旋振荡与超声提取,离心后,取上清液经0.45 μm有机微孔滤膜过滤,采用高效液相色谱法测定滤液中3种苯扎氯铵同系物的含量。以GL Sciences CN-3色谱柱为分离柱,以乙腈与0.1 mol·L-1乙酸铵溶液以体积比1:1组成的混合液为流动相,在检测波长260 nm处进行测定。3种苯扎氯铵同系物的质量浓度均在5~500 mg·L-1内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.66~1.38 mg·L-1,测定下限(10S/N)为2.20~4.60 mg·L-1。在100,1 000,2 000 mg·kg-1等3个浓度水平进行加标回收试验,回收率为97.4%~107%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.21%~5.2%。

       

      Abstract: The toothpaste sample was extracted with methanol by vortex oscillation and ultrasonic extraction. After centrifugation,the supernatant was taken and filtered on 0.45 μm organic microporous membrane. HPLC was applied to the determination of 3 homologues of benzalkonium chloride in the filtrate. GL Sciences CN-3 chromatographic column was used as separation column, and the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution with volume ratio of 1:1 was used as mobile phase. Detection at 260 nm was adopted in the determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 3 homologues of benzalkonium chloride were kept in the same range of 5-500 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.66-1.38 mg·L-1 and lower limits of determination (10S/N) in the range of 2.20-4.60 mg·L-1. Tests for recovery were made by standard addition method at the concentration levels of 100, 1 000, 2 000 mg·kg-1, giving values of recovery and RSDs (n=6) in the ranges of 97.4%-107% and 0.21%-5.2% respectively.
