    气化分离-原子荧光光谱法测定锅炉灰中的锗

    Determination of Germanium in Boiler Ash by Gasification Separation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 为了提高锅炉灰的使用价值,建立了气化分离-原子荧光光谱法测定锅炉灰中锗元素含量的方法。在磁力搅拌和120℃加热条件下,采用体积为2,15,10 mL的硫酸-盐酸-氢氟酸体系消解锅炉灰样品,采用50%(体积分数)磷酸溶液吸收蒸馏出的气态的锗的卤化物(GeCl4和GeF4),得到的样品溶液供原子荧光光谱仪分析,其中还原剂采用含5 g·L-1氢氧化钠的30 g·L-1的硼氢化钾溶液,载流采用3%(体积分数)磷酸溶液。结果表明:锗的质量浓度在0.1~60 μg·L-1内与其对应的荧光强度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.285 μg·kg-1。对3个锅炉灰样品进行加标回收试验,回收率为91.2%~106%,相对标准偏差(n=7)为3.0%~4.5%。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the use value of boiler ash, a method of gasification separation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry was established for determination of the content of germanium in boiler ash. A mixed acid composed of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric with volume of 2, 15, 10 mL was used to digest boiler ash samples under the condition of magnetic stirring and heating at 120℃. 50% (volume fraction) phosphoric acid solution was adopted as absorbent for collection of the distilled gaseous germanium halide (GeCl4 and GeF4). The obtained sample solution was analyzed by atomic fluorescence spectrometer with 30 g·L-1 potassium borohydride solution containing 5 g·L-1 sodium hydroxide as reducing agent and 3% (volume fraction) phosphoric acid solution as carrier. As found by results that linear relationship between mass concentration of germanium and its respective fluorescence intensity was kept in the range of 0.1-60 μg·L-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 0.285 μg·kg-1. The spiked recovery test was made on 3 boiler ash samples, giving values of recovery in the range of 91.2%-106%, and RSDs (n=7) were ranged from 3.0% to 4.5%.
