    薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法鉴别掺龙血竭的血竭

    Identification of Draconis Sanguis Adulterated with Resina Draconis by Thin Layer Chromatography and HPLC

    • 摘要: 采用薄层色谱法对血竭样品进行定性鉴别筛查,采用高效液相色谱法进行定量分析(固定波长)和定性鉴别(全波长扫描)。血竭和龙血竭的薄层色谱图、高效液相色谱图和紫外光谱差异显著,可明显区分血竭和掺龙血竭的血竭。27批血竭中发现掺龙血竭的血竭有15批,掺假率为55.6%,薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法鉴别的结果一致。

       

      Abstract: The Draconis Sanguis samples were screened and qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography, quantitatively analyzed by HPLC with fixed wavelength and qualitatively verified by HPLC with full wavelength scanning. Thin layer chromatogram, high performance liquid chromatogram and UV spectrum of Draconis Sanguis were significantly different from Resina Draconis, which could obviously distinguish Draconis Sanguis and Draconis Sanguis adulterated with Resina Draconis. 15 batches of Draconis Sanguis adulterated with Resina Draconis were found in 27 batches of Draconis Sanguis, with an adulteration rate of 55.6%. The results of thin layer chromatography were consistent with HPLC.
