    定量核磁共振碳谱测定甘氨酸钾-二氧化碳吸收体系的二氧化碳负载量

    13C-qNMR Determination of CO2 Loading of Potassium Glycine-CO2 Absorption System

    • 摘要: 采用脉冲序列t1irpg测定甘氨酸钾-二氧化碳吸收体系13C的纵向弛豫时间(1.4~24.6 s),确定了循环延迟时间为50 s。采用反转门控去耦技术(脉冲序列Zgig30),建立了测定甘氨酸钾-二氧化碳吸收体系的二氧化碳负载量的定量核磁共振碳谱(13C-qNMR)方法。方法用于多个样品的分析,并与传统滴定方法进行对比,方法具有准确度高、环境友好、可以根据化学位移识别物种的变化等优点。

       

      Abstract: Recycle delay time was set as 50 s on the basis of 13C longitudinal relaxation time(1.4-24.6 s) of potassium glycine-CO2 absorption system obtained with pulse sequence t1irpg. 13C-qNMR method was established for determination of CO2 loading of potassium glycine-CO2 absorption system with inverse gated decoupling technique (pulse sequence Zgig30). The method was applied to the analysis of several samples, and compared with the traditional titration method. The method has the advantages of high accuracy, environmental friendliness, and the possibility of identifying species change according to chemical shift.
