    分子印迹技术在新烟碱类杀虫剂残留检测中的应用

    Application of Molecular Imprinting Technology in Detection of Residual Amounts of Neonicotinoid Insecticides

    • 摘要: 总结了新烟碱类杀虫剂的结构特征、作用机理和以其为模板的分子印迹聚合物的制备方法(包括本体聚合法、沉淀聚合法和表面印迹聚合法),综述了以分子印迹聚合物为识别元件的传感器(包括电化学传感器和荧光传感器)在新烟碱类杀虫剂残留检测中的应用,并对其前景进行了简要展望(引用文献50篇)。

       

      Abstract: The structural characteristics and mechanism of neonicotinoid insecticides, and preparation methods (including bulk polymerization, precipitation polymerization and surface imprinting polymerization) of molecularly imprinted polymers using them as templates were summarized. A review on application of sensors (including electrochemical sensors and fluorescent sensors) using molecularly imprinted polymers as recognition elements in detection of residual amounts of neonicotinoid insecticides was presented. A brief prospect was also given (50 ref. cited).
