    电位滴定法测定二次电池废料中锰

    Determination of Manganese in Waste Secondary Battery by Potentiometric Titration Method

    • 摘要: 采用电位滴定法测定二次电池废料中锰含量。考察了溶样方法、共存元素干扰、焦磷酸钠用量、滴定时酸度等因素对测定的影响。研究发现:可用盐酸、硝酸溶解样品,在中性焦磷酸钠介质中,用高锰酸钾溶液进行电位滴定;对于稀土系镍氢(Ni-MH)电池废料,需采用氢氟酸氟化分离沉淀稀土元素消除铈的干扰。方法用于锰的质量分数为5.00%~60.00%的实际废料的分析,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)不大于0.57%,加标回收率为99.6%~101%。

       

      Abstract: The content of manganese in waste secondary battery was determined by potentiometric titration method. The influence of these factors, including sample dissolving method, interference of coexisting elements, amount of sodium pyrophosphate, and acidity of titration on the determination were investigated. It was found that the sample was dissolved in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and potentiometric titration was carried out with potassium permanganate solution in neutral sodium pyrophosphate medium. In order to eliminate the interference of cerium, hydrofluoric acid was used to separate rare earth elements from the waste of Ni-MH battery. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of actual waste materials with the mass fraction of manganese of 5.00%-60.00%, giving RSDs of the determined values (n=11) not more than 0.57%, and recovery of standard addition in the range of 99.6%-101%.
