    氢氧根梯度淋洗离子色谱法测定水中丙烯酸

    Determination of Acrylic Acid in Water by Ion Chromatography with Gradient Elution of Hydroxide Ion

    • 摘要: 建立了氢氧根梯度淋洗离子色谱法测定水中丙烯酸的方法。用塑料瓶或玻璃瓶采集水样,于10 ℃以下保存,48 h内完成分析。将水样pH调至7以上后依次经Na柱、Ag柱和C18柱快速净化,然后通过氢氧根淋洗液自动发生器梯度淋洗以分离丙烯酸,流量为1.0 mL·L-1,柱温为30 ℃。以抑制型电导检测器测定,外标法定量。在优化的条件下,丙烯酸的质量浓度在20.0 mg·L-1以内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限为0.02 mg·L-1。不同质量浓度实际样品测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.6%~7.2%。对地下水、地表水、工业废水、生活污水进行加标回收试验,回收率为96.8%~124%。

       

      Abstract: A method for the determination of acrylic acid in water by ion chromatography with gradient elution of hydroxide ion was established. The water sample was collected in plastic bottles or glass bottles, and could be stored below 10 ℃ and analyzed within 48 h. The water sample with pH above 7 was purified quickly by Na column, Ag column and C18 column in sequence. Acrylic acid was separated by gradient leaching with an automatic hydroxide ion eluent generator at flow rate of 1.0 mL·L-1 and column temperature of 30 ℃, and then determined by suppressed conductivity detector and quantified by external standard method. Under the optimal conditions, linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of acrylic acid was found within 20.0 mg·L-1, with detection limit of 0.02 mg·L-1. RSDs (n=6) of the determined values for the actual samples with different mass concentration ranged from 1.6% to 7.2%. Recovery test was made for groundwater, surface water, industrial wastewater and domestic sewage, giving results in the range of 96.8%-124%.
