    陕西省不同产地茶叶中16种稀土元素的区域分布及组成特征

    Regional Distribution and Composition Characteristics of 16 Rare Earth Elements in Tea from Different Producting Areas in Shaanxi Province

    • 摘要: 随机采集陕西省不同产地的绿茶、红茶、青茶、茯砖茶样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对其中16种稀土元素(REE)进行测定,以了解陕西省陕南茶区(商洛、安康和汉中)和咸阳茶区茶叶中16种REE含量的区域分布及组成特征。结果表明:茶叶样品中16种REE均有检出,总轻稀土元素(LREE)质量分数(∑wLREE)占总REE质量分数(∑wREE)的72.2%,其中铈、镧、钕合量占∑wREE的比例为63.8%,∑wLREE与总重稀土元素(HREE)质量分数(∑wHREE)的比值为2.59,表现为LREE分馏富集,HREE分馏贫化;咸阳的茯砖茶中∑wREE高于陕南茶区的,陕南茶区中商洛的∑wREE高于安康市面上的和汉中市的,陕南茶区不同产地∑wREE略有差别,各产地茶叶中铈、钕、钆、镝、铒、镱含量显著高于两侧元素含量(按原子序数排列),可作为茶叶的特征REE;茯砖茶的∑wREE较高,其次是红茶、绿茶、青茶;HREE之间的相关性较好,优于LREE之间的、LREE和HREE之间的。

       

      Abstract: Samples of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, and Fuzhuan tea from different producing areas in Shaanxi province were randomly collected, and 16 REE were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), to understand the regional distribution and composition characteristics of 16 REE in tea of southern Shaanxi tea areas (Shangluo, Ankang and Hanzhong) and Xianyang tea area in Shaanxi province. The results showed that all 16 REE were detected in tea samples, and the total light rare earth element (LREE) mass fraction (∑wLREE) accounted for 72.2% of the total REE mass fraction (∑wREE), and the total content of Ce, La, Nd accounted for 63.8% of ∑wREE, with the ration of ∑wLREE to the total heavy rare earth element (HREE) mass fraction (∑wHREE) of 2.59, showing that LREE fractionation enrichment and HREE fractionation depletion existed; ∑wREE in Fuzhuan tea from Xianyang was higher than those from southern Shaanxi tea areas, ∑wREE in Shangluo from southern Shaanxi tea areas was higher than those in Ankang and Hanzhong, and there was a slight difference of ∑wREE in different producing areas in southern Shaanxi. The contents of Ce, Nd, Gd, Dy, Er, and Yb in tea from each producing area were significantly higher than those of elements on both sides (arranged by atomic number), which could be used as the characteristics of REE in tea; Fuzhuan tea had a high ∑wREE, followed by black tea, green tea, and oolong tea; the correlation between HREE was good, better than between LREE, LREE and HREE.
