Abstract: The principle, characteristics and commonly used chemiluminescence systems of flow injection-chemiluminescence were briefly introduced, and the application progress in the pharmaceutical (induding vitamin drugs, antibiotics drugs, hormone drugs, antitumor drugs, traditional Chinese medicine and other drugs) analysis in recent 20 years were reviwed. Some suggestions were proposed on the problems existing in the flow injection-chemiluminescence, and application prospect of the method was prospected (136 ref. cited).
