    火焰原子吸收光谱法测定氧化石墨烯中铁和钾的含量

    Determination of Iron and Potassium in Graphene Oxide by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 取0.10 g氧化石墨烯样品于铂金坩埚中,采用120℃干燥4 h、220℃灰化4 h、1 000℃灼烧2 h及用混酸溶解残留氧化物的前处理方式,在分析谱线Fe 248.3 nm及K 766.5 nm、狭缝宽度0.2 nm (Fe)和0.5 nm (K)、火焰燃气乙炔流量1.0 L·min-1、助燃气空气流量4.0 L·min-1条件下,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定其中铁和钾的含量。结果表明,铁和钾标准曲线的线性范围均为0.020%~0.500%,检出限(3s)均为0.001%,氧化石墨烯样品中铁和钾测定值的相对标准偏差(n=12)为0.70%~7.6%。按标准加入法进行回收试验,铁和钾的回收率为94.0%~106%。方法用于测定实际样品,测定值与文献中电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法所得结果基本一致。

       

      Abstract: The graphene oxide sample (0.10 g) was placed into a platinum crucible, and a pre-treatment method of drying at 120℃ for 4 h, ashing at 220℃ for 4 h, burning at 1 000℃ for 2 h, and dissolving residual oxides with mixed acid was carried out. Under the conditions of Fe 248.3 nm and K 766.5 nm, slit widths of 0.2 nm (Fe) and 0.5 nm (K), flow rate of acetylene as flame gas at 1.0 L·min-1, and flow rate of air as auxiliary gas at 4.0 L·min-1, iron and potassium in the above sample were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. As shown by the results, linear ranges of the standard curves of iron and potassium were both 0.020%-0.500%, with the same detection limits (3s) of 0.001%. RSDs (n=12) of the determined values of iron and potassium in graphene oxide samples were ranged from 0.70% to 7.6%. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving results in the range of 94.0%-106%. The proposed method was applied to analysis of actual samples, and the determined values were basically consistent with those obtained by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry in literature.
