    离子色谱法同时测定凉白开饮品中痕量溴酸盐、亚硝酸盐和溴化物

    Simultaneous Determination of Trace Bromate, Nitrite and Bromide in Cool Boiled Water by Ion Chromatography

    • 摘要: 样品过0.22 μm滤膜后,以SH-AP-1型阴离子交换柱分离,以14 mmol·L-1 KOH溶液洗脱,采用电导检测器测定其中溴酸盐(以BrO3-计)、亚硝酸盐(以NO2-计)和溴化物(以Br-计)的含量。结果显示:BrO3-、NO2-、Br-的质量浓度均在1.00~10.00 μg·L-1内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,检出限依次为0.19,0.06,0.18 μg·L-1;空白加标水样中BrO3-、NO2-、Br-测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)依次为1.5%,2.1%,3.1%;对实际样品进行3个浓度水平的加标回收试验,回收率为86.5%~104%;与采用重氮偶合分光光度法的快检设备分析进行比对,该方法对小于5.00 μg·L-1的低浓度水平NO2-测定的准确度更高;方法用于凉白开饮品及生产工艺中反渗透水分析,结果均未检出BrO3-,反渗透水中Br-和NO2-的检出量分别为1.13 μg·L-1和1.54 μg·L-1,凉白开饮品中Br-和NO2-的检出量分别为1.33 μg·L-1和1.21 μg·L-1

       

      Abstract: The sample was filtered by a 0.22 μm membrane, and then bromate (BrO3-), nitrite (NO2-) and bromide (Br-) were determined by conductivity detector with SH-AP-1 anion exchange column for separation and 14 mmol·L-1 KOH solution for elution. It was shown that linear relationships between mass concentrations and peak areas of BrO3-, NO2- and Br- were kept in the range of 1.00-10.00 μg·L-1, with detection limits of 0.19, 0.06, 0.18 μg·L-1, respectively. RSDs (n=6) of BrO3-, NO2- and Br- in the blank spiked water sample were 1.5%, 2.1% and 3.1%, respectively. Test for recovery was made on the actual sample at 3 concentration levels, giving results in the range of 86.5%-104%. Compared with the analysis of the fast detection equipment based on diazo coupling spectrophotometry, the accuracy of this method for the determination of low concentration level of NO2- less than 5.00 μg·L-1 was higher. This method was used to analyze the cool boiled water and the reverse osmosis water in production process, and BrO3- was not detected. The detection amounts of Br- and NO2- in the reverse osmosis water were 1.13 μg·L-1 and 1.54 μg·L-1, respectively, and the detection amounts of Br- and NO2- in the cool boiled water were 1.33 μg·L-1 and 1.21 μg·L-1, respectively.
