核酸适配体在雌二醇分析中的研究进展

摘要: 核酸适配体因具有特异性强、稳定性好、相对分子质量低、易于修饰、价格低廉等优点,在雌二醇分析领域有很大的应用前景。为此,综述了雌二醇核酸适配体筛选、表征及应用的研究进展,并对雌二醇核酸适配体的研究与应用前景进行了展望(引用文献54篇)。Abstract: Aptamer has great application prospect in the field of estradiol analysis because of strong specificity, excellent stability, low molecular weight, easy modification and low cost. A review on the screening, characterization, as well as application of estradiol aptamer were presented, and the research and application prospect of estradiol aptamer were proposed (54 ref. cited).
