    三重四极杆电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定松香中硫的含量

    Direct Determination of Sulfur in Rosin by Triple Quadrupole Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

    • 摘要: 由于单四极杆质谱技术很难完全消除等离子体、溶剂和基体产生的多原子离子干扰,提出了题示研究。采用无水乙醇直接消解松香样品,可避免高温灰化和湿法消解造成的损失。在附加气氧气流量40 mL·min-1条件下进行有机进样以消除积碳,采用三重四极杆电感耦合等离子体质谱仪双质量过滤器及优越的碰撞/反应池技术,使用氧气质量转移模式,去除16O+236ArC+等多原子离子干扰,实现松香中硫含量的稳定测试。结果表明,硫的质量浓度在100 μg·L-1以内与对应的响应强度呈线性关系,检出限为0.52 μg·L-1。对低、中、高浓度水平标准溶液测定7次,测定值的相对标准偏差均小于4.0%。按照标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为91.2%~104%。

       

      Abstract: As single quadrupole mass spectrometry technology was difficult to completely eliminate the multi atom ion interference generated by plasma, solvent and matrix, the study mentioned by title was proposed. Anhydrous ethanol was used for direct digestion of rosin samples, which could avoid losses caused by high-temperature ashing and wet digestion. Organic injection was carried out at an additional gas oxygen flow rate of 40 mL·min-1 to eliminate carbon deposition, and the interference from multi atom ions such as 16O+2 and 36ArC+ was removed by using triple quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer with dual mass filters and superior collision/reaction cell technology in oxygen mass transfer mode, achieving stable determination of sulfur in rosin. As shown by the results, linear relationship between the corresponding response intensity and mass concentration of sulfur was found within 100 μg·L-1, with detection limit of 0.52 μg·L-1. Seven determinations were made on standard solutions in low, medium, and high concentration levels, with RSDs of the determined values less than 4.0%. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving results in the range of 91.2%-104%.
