    基于不同荧光发色基团的Zn2+荧光探针的研究进展

    Research Progress of Fluorescent Probes of Zn2+ Based on Different Fluorescent Chromophores

    • 摘要: 荧光光谱法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、检出限低以及操作简单等特点,设计合成特异性识别和检测Zn2+的荧光探针对化学、生物学、临床医学等研究具有十分重要的意义。以近年来文献报道的Zn2+荧光探针为例,综述了基于不同荧光发色基团的Zn2+荧光探针的作用机制、应用与发展前景,为Zn2+荧光探针研究提供了参考(引用文献44篇)。

       

      Abstract: Fluorescent spectrometry has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, low detection limit and convenient operation. Therefore, the design and synthesis of fluorescent probes that specifically recognize and detect Zn2+ are of great significance to the research fields of chemistry, biology, and clinical medicine. Taking Zn2+ fluorescent probes reported in recent years as examples, the mechanism, application and development prospect of Zn2+ fluorescent probes based on different fluorescent chromophores were reviewed, which provided a reference for the study of zinc ion fluorescent probes (44 ref. cited).
