全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱/氢火焰离子化检测器法定性定量分析煤直接液化石脑油中128种单体化合物
Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of 128 Monomer Compounds in Direct Coal Liquefaction Naphtha by Comprehensive Two-Dimensional Gas Chromatography Combined with Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry/Hydrogen Flame Ionization Detector

摘要: 采用气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器法(GC-FID)确定了色谱条件;采用全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱/氢火焰离子化检测器法(GC×GC-TOF MS/FID)分析,得到煤直接液化石脑油中单体化合物的组成信息,将化合物按z值分类法进行分类,共得到5种族类别化合物,极性由低到高依次为链烷烃类、一环烷烃类、二环烷烃类、烷基苯类和一环烷苯类化合物,其中芳烃类化合物共检测到13种,12种为烷基苯类,1种为茚满;采用气相色谱-飞行时间质谱/氢火焰离子化检测器法(GC-TOF MS/FID)分析,定性定量128种单体化合物,其中大部分为环烷烃类,少量为链烷烃类,环烷烃类化合物多为带侧链的环戊烷和环己烷的同分异构体。Abstract: The chromatographic conditions were determined by gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC-FID). The composition informations of monomer compounds in direct coal direct liquefaction naphtha were determined by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography combined with time-of-flight mass spectrometry/hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC×GC-TOF MS/FID) analysis. The compounds were classified according to the z-value classification method, and a total of 5 racial compounds were obtained. The order of polarity from low to high were alkanes, monocycloalkanes, bicyclic alkanes, alkylbenzenes, and monocyclobenzenes. 13 aromatic compounds were detected in total, 12 compounds were alkylbenzenes, and 1 compound was indene. 128 monomer compounds were qualitatively and quantitatively identified by gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry/hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC-TOF MS/FID). Most of them were cycloalkanes, and some of them were alkanes. Cycloalkane compounds were mostly isomers of cyclopentane and cyclohexane with side chains.
