Abstract:
Electrochemical sensor realizes the quantitative detection of the target through the change of electrical signal, which has the advantages such as low cost and high sensitivity, becoming an effective alternative to the traditional detection methods. Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) have the advantages of memory effect, exchangeable of interlayer anions, substitutability of metal ions, large surface area and thin nanosheets. In recent years, electrochemical sensors based on LDHs have attracted widespread attention of scholars, and are widely used in the determination of biochemical indicators, tumor markers, drugs, pesticides and other substances. The structure, properties, preparation of LDHs as well as the application of LDHs-based electrochemical sensors in analytical detection fields were summarized, and the development future of LDHs in electrochemical sensor fields was prospected (55 ref. cited).
