Abstract:
Sulfonamide antibiotics (SAs) play an extremely important role in treating animal diseases, but their widespread use will increase animal drug resistance and seriously endanger human health. Currently, liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry are the main methods for detecting SAs, with phase separation techniques being the key factor affecting the accuracy of these methods. Application progress of phase separation techniques, including phase partition techniques (liquid-liquid microextraction and dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction) and phase adsorption techniques (solid phase extraction, dispersive solid phase extraction, magnetic solid phase extraction, solid phase microextraction, and pipette-tip solid phase extraction) in the detection of SAs residues from 2020 to 2024 year was reviewed, and future development directions were prospected (73 ref. cited).
