    基于碳纤维电离质谱法和化学计量学方法的安全套溯源分析

    Condom Traceability Analysis Based on Carbon Fiber Ionization Mass Spectrometry and Chemometrics

    • 摘要: 碳纤维水平放置于质谱入口前,与质谱入口在同一轴线上,安全套样品无需任何前处理,采用碳纤维电离质谱(CFI-MS)技术快速直接分析不同来源安全套。使用Xcalibur 2.2软件包处理质谱图,输出质谱数据,得到的60个安全套样品质谱图差异明显。采用偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLS-DA)对品牌1~6的安全套样品进行有监督模式识别,样品被准确区分为6个不同品牌。将1~60号样品作为训练集,建立安全套样品溯源模型并进行必要的模型调优,然后分别针对每个品牌建立二分类模型,进而对安全套进行快速无损真伪鉴别,最终实现安全套样品的溯源分析。CFI-MS技术具有操作方便、分析快速、不引入杂质、不损坏检材(保全物证)等优势,可为公安侦查、司法诉讼等法庭科学领域安全套物证的快速分析、鉴别以及溯源提供分析策略。

       

      Abstract: Carbon fibers were horizontally placed in front of the mass spectrometer inlet and aligned on the same axis as the inlet. Condom samples required no prior pretreatment, and the carbon fiber ionization mass spectrometry (CFI-MS) technique was used for rapid and direct analysis of condoms from different sources. The Xcalibur 2.2 software package was employed to process the mass spectra and output the mass spectral data, and there were significant differences in the resulting mass spectra of 60 condom samples. Partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) was applied for supervised pattern recognition of condom samples from Brands No.1 to No.6, and the samples were accurately classified into 6 distinct brands. Samples from No.1 to No.60 were used as the training set to establish a traceability model for condom samples, followed by necessary model optimization. Subsequently, a binary classification model was built for each brand to enable rapid and non-destructive authenticity identification of condoms, ultimately achieving traceability analysis of condom samples. CFI-MS technique had advantages of convenient operation, rapid analysis, no impurity introduction, and no damage to the test material (preservation of physical evidence), which could provide an analytical strategy for the rapid analysis, identification, and traceability of condom physical evidence in forensic science fields such as public security investigation and judicial litigation.
