    衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱技术在皮革研究中的应用进展

    Application Progress of Attenuated Total Reflection Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy in Leather Research

    • 摘要: 衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)技术凭借其表面敏感性、便捷性和微损性等特点,在日益复杂的皮革及其替代品研究中得到广泛应用。统计了ATR-FTIR技术在皮革研究中应用的相关文献,通过关键词共现分析识别出3个主要研究聚类方向:皮革老化评估、种类与成分鉴别、表面改性表征及文物保护;结合化学计量学方法,系统评述了ATR-FTIR在上述3个方向的应用进展与关键挑战,并对该技术在皮革领域应持续深化发展的方向进行了展望,旨在为相关技术的深入应用和未来研究提供参考(引用文献75篇)。

       

      Abstract: Attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) teconology, leveraging its surface sensitivity, convenience, and minimal invasiveness, has been widely applied in the increasingly complex research of leather and its alternatives. Relevant literatures on the application of ATR-FTIR technology in leather research were compiled, and 3 main research clusters were identified through keyword co-occurrence analysis: leather aging assessment, type and composition identification, and surface modification characterization along with cultural heritage preservation. Combined with chemometric methods, a systematic review was conducted on the application progress and key challenges of ATR-FTIR in the aforementioned 3 directions, and prospects for the continued in-depth development of this technology in the field of leather science were outlined, aiming to provide references for its further application and future research (75 ref.cited).
