    十六烷基三甲基溴化铵增敏-甲亚胺H光度法测定微量硼

    Photometric Determination of Micro-amounts of Boron with Azomethine-H Sensitized by CTMAB

    • 摘要: 在微酸性介质(pH 5.2)、助表面活性剂正丁醇存在下,以阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为增敏剂,甲亚胺-H光度法测定盐湖初级锂盐产品碳酸锂中微量硼.CTMAB的加入可使体系增敏31%,最大吸收波长在412 nm处,表观摩尔吸光率为3.62×104L·mol-1·cm-1,硼含量在1.6 mg·L-1以内遵守比耳定律,线性回归方程A=0.043 57+0.020 72 C,相关系数为0.999 7.应用该法测定纯度为99.5%碳酸锂中微量硼,试验结果的相对标准偏差均小于2.0%,回收率在99.8%~101.5%之间.

       

      Abstract: In an acetate buffer medium of pH 5.2,and in the presence of n-butanol and CTMAB,sensitivity of the color reaction between boron(Ⅲ) and azomethine H was raised about 31%.Absorption maximum of the colored complex was found at the wavelength of 412 nm,where the molar absorptivity was found to be 3.62×104L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer′s law was kept in the range within 1.6 mg·L-1,corresponding to the linear regression equation of A=0.043 57+0.020 72 C (C concn.of B(Ⅲ) in mg·L-1) with its correlation coefficient of 0.999 7.The proposed method was used in the determination of microamounts of boron in lithium carbonate,giving values of RSD′s (n=8) less than 2.0%.Recovery test was performed by standard addition method,and values of recovery obtained were in the range of 99.8%-101.5%.
