    离子色谱法测定瓶装水中阴离子

    IC Determination of Anions in Bottled Water

    • 摘要: 采用离子色谱法测定瓶装水中7种阴离子的含量。水样经Ion Pac AG14保护柱及Ion Pac AS14分离柱分离,以3.5 mmol·L-1碳酸钠-1.0 mmol·L-1碳酸氢钠溶液为淋洗液,采用抑制电导器检测。F-和PO43-分别在0.05~1.20 mg·L-1和0.80~3.00 mg·L-1范围内,Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-和SO42-均在0.20~4.80 mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在0.025~0.126 mg·L-1之间。方法用于瓶装水中7种阴离子的测定,加标回收率在92.8%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)均小于4.0%。

       

      Abstract: The contents of 7 anions in bottled water were determined by ion chromatography (IC). The Ion Pac AG14 protective column and Ion Pac AS14 separation column were used for separation, and a mixture of solutions of 3.5 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3 was used as eluant. Inhibitory conductivity detection was adopted in the determination. Linearity was found in ranges of 0.05-1.20 for F- and 0.80-3.00 mg·L-1 for PO43-, and linearity for Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3- and SO42- was found to be in the same range of 0.20-4.80 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) in the range of 0.025-0.126 mg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of the 7 anions in bottled water, values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 92.8%-102.0%, and RSD′s (n=7) were less than 4.0%.
