    鸡屎藤抗氧化活性成分的提取及其对羟基自由基的抑制率

    Extraction of Antioxidant Active Components from Paederia Scandens and Their Rate of Elimination of Hydroxyl Free Radical

    • 摘要: 取一定量经烘干和粉碎的鸡屎藤样品,用乙醇-水混合液超声提取其中的抗氧化活性成分,所得萃取液引入化学发光流动注射分析仪的反应管路中,使与由Cu2+、抗坏血酸与过氧化氢反应体系所产生的羟基自由基反应。根据过氧化氢与鲁米诺反应的化学发光强度的变化值ΔI间接测得抗氧化活性成分对羟基自由基的抑制率。对抗氧化活性成分的萃取条件以及化学发光反应体系的条件均做了系统试验并预以最优化。

       

      Abstract: A definite amount of the dried and powdered sample of Paederia scandens was taken and extracted ultrasonically with mixed solvent of ethanol and water. The active antioxidant components in the extract was reacted with hydroxyl free radical produced by the reaction among Cu2+ ion, ascorbic acid and hydrogen peroxide in the FI-CL analyzer. Based on the change of luminescence intensity ΔI of the CL reaction between H2O2 and luminol, the rate of elimination of hydroxyl free radical by the active antioxidant components of Paederia scandens was determined indirectly. Conditions for extraction of sample and for the CL reaction were studied thoroughly and the optimized conditions were given in detail.
