    线性扫描伏安法测定丹参酮ⅡA

    Linear Scanning Valtammetric Determination of Tanshinone ⅡA

    • 摘要: 应用线性扫描伏安法和循环伏安法研究丹参酮ⅡA在悬汞电极上的电化学行为。在pH 3.8的0.2 mol·L-1乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,丹参酮ⅡA在-0.228 V(vs.Ag/AgCl)处产生一灵敏的还原峰,丹参酮ⅡA浓度在5.0×10-6~2.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内,其线性扫描还原峰电流与丹参酮ⅡA浓度呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为2.7×10-7mol·L-1。方法用于丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA含量的测定,回收率在98.5%~100.1%。循环伏安扫描结果证实:丹参酮ⅡA在电极上的还原反应为受吸附控制的可逆过程。

       

      Abstract: The electrochemical behavior of Tanshinone ⅡA at hanging mercury electrode was studied by linear scanning voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry. In a 0.2 mol·L-1 HOAc-NaOAc buffer solution of pH 3.8, a sensitive reduction peak given by Tanshinone ⅡA was observed at -0.228 V (vs.Ag/AgCl). Linear relationship between values of peak current obtained by linear scanning voltammetry and concentration of Tanshinone ⅡA was kept in the range of 5.0×10-6-2.0×10-5mol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 2.7×10-7mol·L-1. The proposed method has been used in the determination of content of Tanshinone ⅡA in crude drugs of Salvia miltiorrhiza, and values of recovery found were in the range of 98.5%-100.1%. As shown by the results obtained by cyclic valtammetric scanning, the reduction of Tanshinone ⅡA at the electrode is a reversible process, controlled mainly by adsorption.
