    火焰原子吸收光谱法测定镀铬液中铁含量

    FAAS Determination of Iron in Chromium Plating Bath

    • 摘要: 通过高氯酸冒烟和滴加盐酸使镀铬液中的六价铬转化为氯化铬酰气体逸出而去除,然后用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定试液中铁(Ⅲ)的含量.在优化的仪器工作条件下,该法测定铁的质量浓度在10.0 mg·L-1以内与其吸光度呈线性关系,回收率为98.0%~102.8%,相对标准偏差(n=8)为0.76%,检出限(3s)为0.019 4 mg·L-1.

       

      Abstract: The sample solution was fumed with HClO4 and treated with conc.HCl to expel Cr(Ⅵ) as CrO2Cl2 and iron(Ⅲ) remained in the solution was determined by FAAS.Under the optimum working conditions of the instrument,linear relationship between values of mass concentration and absorbance of Fe was obtained in the range within 10.0 mg·L-1,with detection limit (3s) of 0.019 4 mg·L-1.Values of recovery were found in the range of 98.0%-102.8%,and RSD (n=8) found was 0.76%.
