电化学发光法测定双酚A
Determination of Bisphenol A by Electrochemiluminescence

摘要: 以玻碳电极为工作电极,在pH 2.0的B-R缓冲溶液中,双酚A对钌联吡啶的电化学发光有强增敏作用,据此提出了一种灵敏地测定双酚A的电化学发光方法。双酚A的浓度与化学发光强度的增加值在9.3×10-9~4.0×10-7mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为6.0×10-10mol·L-1。方法用于聚碳酸酯奶瓶样品分析,加标回收率在94.0%~110%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在3.0%~6.7%之间。Abstract: In a B-R buffer solution of pH 2.0 and using glassy carbon electrode as the working electrode, electrochemiluminescence (ECL) of the cation of ruthenium pyridine [Ru(bpy)2+3] was found strongly enhanced by the presence of bisphenol A (BPA). Based on this fact, a sensitive ECL method was proposed for the determination of BPA. Linear relationship between magnitude of increase in ECL intensity and concentration of BPA was obtained in the range of 9.3×10-9-4.0×10-7mol·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 6.0×10-10mol·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of BPA in sample of polycarbonate feeding-bottle, giving values of recovery and RSD′s (n=5) in the ranges of 94.0%-110% and 3.0%-6.7% respectively.
