    微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定小麦中铜、锌、镉、镍和铅

    ICP-MS Determination of Cu, Zn, Cd, Ni and Pb in Wheat with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 小麦样品采用硝酸和过氧化氢进行微波消解, 消解采用程序控制升温;以铑为内标物,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品溶液中铜、锌、镉、镍、铅等元素的含量。采用干扰校正公式进行校正,消除同质异位素的干扰。方法的检出限(3s)在0.005~0.062 μg·g-1之间。方法用于小麦标准物质(GBW 10011)的分析,测定值与认定值相一致, 相对标准偏差(n=9)在1.9%~8.4%之间。

       

      Abstract: Sample of wheat was digested with a mixture of HNO3 and H2O2 in a microwave sample digester under programmed temperature control. The contents of Cu, Zn, Cd, Ni and Pb in the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS with using Rh as internal standard. Isobaric interferences were overcome by the interference correction formula. Values of detection limit (3s) of the method were found in the range of 0.005-0.062 μg·g-1. In the analysis of a CRM (GBW 10011) by this method, results obtained were in consistency with the certified values, with RSD′s (n=9) in the range of 1.9%-8.4%.
