    毛细管柱-气相色谱法测定水样中硝基苯类化合物残留量

    GC Determination of Residual Amounts of Nitrobenzenes in Water with Capillary Chromatographic Column

    • 摘要: 提出了HP-5毛细管柱分离气相色谱法测定水样中硝基苯类化合物残留量的方法.利用苯萃取富集水样中硝基苯类化合物,所得萃取液用作气相色谱测定,电子捕获检测器检测.在优化的试验条件下,10种硝基苯类化合物在28 min内能够很好地分离,方法的检出限(2S/N)在1.0×10-3~7.0×10-2μg·L-1之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.5%~4.5%之间.方法用于地表水和废水样中硝基苯类化合物测定,加标回收率在80.2%~104.5%之间.

       

      Abstract: Gas chromatography with capillary column (HP-5) was applied to the determination of residual amounts of nitrobenzenes in water.The sample was extracted with benzene and the extract was used for GC analysis with electron capture detector.Ten nitrobenzenes were separated satisfactorily and determined within 28 min.Values of detection limit (2S/N) and RSD′s (n=7) of 10 nitrobenzene compounds found were in the ranges of 1.0×10-3-7.0×10-2μg·L-1 and 1.5%-4.5% respectively.The proposed method was used in determinations of nitrobenzene compounds in samples of surface water and waste water,giving values of recovery ranged from 80.2% to 104.5%.
