微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法同时测定两种抗病毒药物

摘要: 将玻碳电极置于1.0 mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液中,用循环伏安法在0.5~1.5 V(vs.Ag/AgCl)内,以100 mV·s-1速率扫描500 s制得强碱活化的玻碳电极。此电极的微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法(DPASV)试验表明:在pH 3.0 B-R缓冲溶液中,阿昔洛韦和泛昔洛韦依次在1.08 V和1.28 V处有氧化峰,它们的峰电流与浓度分别在4.2×10-6~8.5×10-5,2.0×10-6~6.5×10-5mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)依次为4.0×10-7,3.5×10-7mol·L-1。用此方法分析了去蛋白血清样品,并做加标回收试验,测得回收率依次在94.0%~98.8%和94.3%~120%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=8)依次在0.6%~2.1%和1.2%~1.9%之间。Abstract: The GCE was placed in 1.0 mol·L-1 NaOH solution and scanned in the potential range of 0.5-1.5 V (vs.Ag/AgCl) at the rate of 100 mV·s-1 by CV to prepare strong alkali activated GCE. As shown by the result of DPASV study, in a B-R buffer solution of pH 3.0, oxidation peaks of acyclovir and famciclovir were observed at the potentials of 1.08 V and 1.28 V. Linear relationships between values of concentration and peak current of the 2 drugs were kept in the ranges of 4.2×10-6-8.5×10-5 and 2.0×10-6-6.5×10-5mol·L-1 with detection limits (3S/N) of 4.0×10-7mol·L-1 and 3.5×10-7mol·L-1 respectively. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of protein free serum sample, and tests for recovery were made by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the ranges of 94.0%-98.8% and 94.3%-120%, with of RSD′s (n=8) in the range of 0.6%-2.1% and 1.2%-1.9% respectively.
