激光共聚焦拉曼光谱法检测潜在指纹上的太安
Detection of PETN on Latent Fingerprint by Laser Confocal Micro-Raman Spectroscopy

摘要: 采用激光共聚焦拉曼光谱法检测潜在指纹上太安(PETN)颗粒。用手指蘸取PETN炸药粉末后在铝箔胶带表面按压,对指纹表面进行喷碳处理后,在激光共聚焦拉曼光谱仪上在白光条件下以10倍物镜采集指纹,再在激光条件下以50倍长焦物镜对指纹上4.0 mm×4.0 mm的区域进行成像,根据PETN的特征拉曼散射峰得到PETN颗粒在指纹上的分布信息。通过液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)对试验结果的准确性进行了确认。Abstract: Pentaerythritoltetranitrate (PETN) particles on latent fingerprint were examined by laser confocal micro-Raman spectroscopy.PETN explosive powder was dipped with a finger and the fingerprint was pressed on the surface of aluminum foil tape and treated by vacuum carbon deposition. Then the fingerprint image was collected by 10 times objective lens under white light of the laser confocal micro-Raman spectroscope, and the image of a fraction (4.0 mm×4.0 mm) of the fingerprint was collected using a 50 times long focal length objective lens with laser light. According to the characteristic Raman scattering peaks of PETN, the distribution information of PETN particles on the fingerprint was obtained. The results were confirmed by LC-MS/MS method.
