    动态反应池电感耦合等离子体质谱法消除钨的氧化物对汞的质谱干扰

    Elimination of Mass Interferences for WO to Mercury by DRC-ICP-MS

    • 摘要: 研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接测定土壤或沉积物中汞时钨的氧化物的干扰.在动态反应池中通入氧气将202WO+氧化成更高的氧化物离子(218WO2+或234WO3+),202Hg+与氧气不反应从而消除钨的氧化物干扰.在副反应抑制参数q为0.75,氧气流量为1.9 mL·min-1时,m/z 202处背景降低100倍,202Hg的测定下限(10σ)为0.5 ng·g-1.方法用于土壤和沉积物标准物质的分析,结果表明本法可消除钨的氧化物对汞的质谱干扰.

       

      Abstract: Interferences for WO to ICP-MS direct determination of mercury in soil or sediment were studied.202WO+ was oxidized to higher oxide ion (218WO2+ or 234WO3+) for addition of oxygen in dynamic reaction cell.Interferences for WO were eliminated because 202Hg+ did not react with oxygen.When rejection parameter q was 0.75,and the oxygen flow was 1.9 mL·min-1,background of m/z 202 was reduced 100 times and low limit of determination (10σ) of 202Hg found was 0.5 ng·g-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of standard materials of soil or sediment,giving result that the method could eliminate mass interferences for WO to mercury.
