    微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法分析铁基粉末合金

    ICP-AES Analysis of P/M Ferrous Alloys with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 采用微波消解样品-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定铁基粉末合金中的钙、钴、铬、铜、钼、钒及钨7种元素。试样用硝酸3 mL和硫酸-磷酸-水(1+2+7)混合酸6 mL溶解,于微波消解仪的密闭容器中,在功率800 W及压力0.6 MPa的条件下消解铁基粉末合金。试验选择各元素的分析线为317.993 nm(钙),228.616 nm(钴),205.552 nm(铬),324.754 nm(铜),204.598 nm(钼),311.071 nm(钒)及207.911 nm(钨),配制工作曲线时采用基体匹配的方法消除基体干扰。为验证此方法的准确性,由3家分析实验室对3个样品用不同分析方法进行对比分析,结果表明:此方法的测定值与其他实验室的分析结果相一致。

       

      Abstract: Seven elements, i.e., Ca, Co, Cr, Cu, Mo, V and W, in P/M ferrous alloy were determined by ICP-AES with microwave assisted sample digestion. The sample was digested in a digestion vessel with 6 mL of mixed acid of H2SO4-H3PO4-H2O(1+2+7) and 3 mL of conc. HNO3 in a microwave digestor under the condition of 800 W and 0.6 MPa. Analytical spectral lines of 317.993 nm (for Ca), 228.616 nm (for Co), 205.552 nm (for Cr), 324.754 nm (for Cu), 204.598 nm (for Mo), 311.071 nm (for V) and 207.911 nm (for W) were chosen for the analysis. Matrix effect was compensated by the matching method in preparation of calibration curves. For verification of accuracy of the present method, a checking analytical program was carried out among 3 analytical laboratories on 3 samples by different analytical methods, the results obtained by the present method were found to be in consistency with the results given by the other laboratories.
