炼油厂催化裂化装置管道气体中氰化物含量的测定

摘要: 提出了炼油厂催化裂化装置管道气体中氰化物含量的测定方法.优化的采样条件为:在前两个吸收瓶中各装入6 mol·L-1氢氧化钠吸收溶液50 mL;在第一个吸收瓶中加入碳酸镉;吸收的烟气体积不大于0.1 m3;气体流量为2.0~2.5 L·min-1.优化的蒸馏条件为:在蒸馏瓶中加入100 g·L-1乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶液10 mL,在接收瓶内加入40 g·L-1氢氧化钠溶液10 mL作为吸收液.方法用于吸收后样品的分析,加标回收率在81.7%~92.0%之间.Abstract: A method for the determination of amount of cyanide in pipeline gas of fluid catalytic cracking unit in refinery was proposed. The optimized conditions for the sample collection were as follows:6 mol·L-1 NaOH absorption solution (50 mL) was filled in the first two impingers;CdCO3 was added to the first impinger;volume of the gas collected was no larger than 0.1 m3;velocity of the gas was in the range of 2.0-2.5 L·min-1. The optimized distillation conditions were:100 g·L-1 EDTA-2Na solution (10 mL) was added in distillation flask;40 g·L-1 NaOH solution (10 mL) was added as absorption solution in receiving flask. The proposed method was applied to the absorbed sample,giving values of recovery in the range of 81.7%-92.0%.
