    氧弹燃烧处理试样-离子色谱法测定聚苯硫醚中总氯含量

    IC Determination of Total Chlorine in Polyphenyl Thioether with Sample Treatment by Oxygen Bomb Combustion

    • 摘要: 采用氧弹燃烧法对样品进行燃烧,然后用超纯水作为吸收液吸收释出的氯或氯化物,并提出了离子色谱法分离测定聚苯硫醚中总氯含量的方法。以Metrosep A Supp 5-250型分析柱为离子交换柱,以3.2 mmol·L-1碳酸钠-1.0 mmol·L-1碳酸氢钠溶液为淋洗液等度洗脱。方法用于矿物油标准样品(AOD 1.11)和聚乙烯标准样品(ERM-EC 681K)标准样品的分析,测定值与标准值相一致。

       

      Abstract: The sample of polyphenyl thioether was combusted in oxygen bomb and the chlorine or chloride released was absorbed in superpure water. The content of total chlorine in the water solution was determined by IC. The Metrosep A Supp 5-250 column was used as ion exchange colum, and a mixture of 3.2 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3-1.0 mmol·L-1 NaHCO3 was used as eluent. The proposed method has been used in the analysis of the standard samples of mineral oil (AOD 1.11) and polyethylene (ERM-EC 681K), the results obtained were in corformity with their standard values.
