    电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定金红石单矿物中痕量稀土元素

    ICP-MS Determination of Trace Amounts of Rare Earth Elements in Monomineralic Rocks of Rutile

    • 摘要: 提出了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定金红石单矿物中痕量稀土元素。样品经过氧化钠熔融,用水浸出,以过氧化氢络合除去钛,经氢型阳离子交换树脂分离富集稀土元素。采用内标法消除基体影响。方法的检出限(3s/k)在0.001~0.062 μg·L-1之间。应用此法测定了13份金红石样品中稀土元素的含量,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=13)均小于3.0%。

       

      Abstract: A method of ICP-MS for the determination of trace amounts of rare earth elements in monomineralic rocks of rutile was proposed. Sample was fused with Na2O2, and the melt was dissolved in water. Rare earth elements were separated and enriched by H-cation exchange resin using H2O2 to complex Ti. The interferences of the matrix elements were eliminated by internal standard. Detection limits of the method (3s/k) found were in the range of 0.001-0.062 μg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of rare earth elements in 13 samples of rutile, giving RSD′s (n=13) less than 3.0%.
