电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定面制食品中铝
ICP-MS Determination of Aluminium in Wheaten Foods

摘要: 采用微波消解和常压消解两种方法对面制食品进行前处理,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定面制食品中铝的含量,选择钪作为分析内标元素.结果表明:铝的质量浓度在10.0~250.0 μg·L-1范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为3.75 μg·L-1,测定下限(10s)为12.5 μg·L-1.两种前处理方法所得结果的准确度和精密度均较好,微波消解和常压消解处理样品,加标回收率分别为84.4%~101.2%,85.7%~95.5%;相对标准偏差(n=8)分别为3.0%~7.1%,3.4%~6.6%.Abstract: Samples of wheaten food were pretreated in two modes of digestion,i.e.the microwave digestion and digestion under normal pressure.The sample solution obtained after dilution was analyzed by ICP-MS using Sc as internal standard.Linearity range of Al was obtained between 10.0-250.0 μg·L-1,with detection limit (3s) of 3.75 μg·L-1 and lower limit of determination (10 s) of 12.5 μg·L-1.It was found that accuracy and precision of results obtained by both the digestion methods were equally satisfactory.Values of recovery and RSD′s (n=8) found were in the range of 84.4%-101.2%,3.0%-7.1% by microwave digestion,and 85.7%-95.5%,3.4%-6.6% by digestion under normal pressure.
