Solid Phase Synthesis of N-(4-Hydroxyphenylmethylene)-p-Methoxyaniline at Room Temperature and Its Characterization

摘要: 对甲氧基苯胺与对羟基苯甲醛通过室温固相反应一步合成N-(4-羟基苯基亚甲基)-对甲氧基苯胺(C14H13NO2),反应在15 min内完成,产率93%,分别用元素分析、红外光谱、X射线粉末衍射谱和核磁共振氢谱对产物进行了表征.Abstract: N-(4-hydroxyphenylmethylene)-p-methoxy aniline was synthesized in one step by the reaction between p-methoxyaniline and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde at solid state and under room temperature (30 ℃).The reaction was finished within 15 min,giving a yield of 93%.The product was characterized by elementary analysis,infrared spectrometry,X-ray diffraction spectrographic method (powder method) and 1H NMR.
