    气相色谱-质谱法和高效液相色谱-串联飞行时间质谱法分析爬山虎吸盘分泌物

    GC-MS and HPLC/Q-TOFMS Analysis of Sucker Secretion of Boston Ivy

    • 摘要: 爬山虎吸盘分泌物样品用甲醇-氯仿(2+1)混合液提取并离心分离,取上清液用于分析。气相色谱-质谱法鉴定得到15种相对分子质量小于450且较易挥发的有机化合物,其中主要成分有谷甾醇、甲基-α-D-吡喃型葡萄糖苷、2,4-双-(1,1-二甲基乙基)苯酚、豆甾醇和棕榈酸等。从高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱法所得质谱图,确认了19种较难挥发的有机化合物的经验分子式及其相对分子质量(Mr在200~920之间);而且在这些碳氢化合物中,12种化合物同时含氧及氮,3种化合物同时含氧、氮及硫。据此推断此类化合物易于产生氢键,而氢键的相互作用与爬山虎的攀爬功能存在一定关联。

       

      Abstract: Sample of sucker secretion of Boston ivy was extracted with a mixture of methanol and chloroform (2+1), and after centrifugation, the supernatant was taken for analysis. Fifteen volatile organic compounds with Mr less than 450, including the main components of sitosterol, methyl-α-D-glucopyranoside, 2,4-bis-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-phenol, stigmasterol and palmitic acid, were identified by GC-MS; and for 19 hardly volatile organic compounds with Mr between 220 and 920, their empirical formulae and Mr, were confirmed by HPLC/Q-TOFMS. It was found that 12 of the 19 compounds were carbohydrates containing both N and O, and 3 of them containing also S in addition to N and O. It was deduced that these compounds were easy to produce hydrogen bonds, and that the interaction of hydrogen bonds was one of the factors related to the climbing property of the Boston ivy.
